Employee Referral Program

In our continuous pursuit of hiring and cultivating the top A Players in the industry we have instituted an employee referral program. If you refer a candidate to join Compass Acquisition Partners, and he/she is successful and remains with Compass for a minimum of 1 year, you will receive $3,000 for that first year plus an additional $3,000 for every year he/she remains with Compass.
